Description: It extends throughout most of the 11th century, from the reign of Suryavarman I, this youthful standing
figure demonstrates many qualities of the Baphuon style. The carving of the Sampot shows the deep frontal scoop that characterizes of the period and the rear bow with its fantastic butterfly arrangement is another characteristic of the style.
Current Status: This piece has been stolen from my gallery to Belgium.
