Terms and Conditions
Order
Orders can be made via our website, postal mail or Email (service@tevoda.com). We reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason they deem with no prior notification. All prices are correct at time of display online in US-Dollar and Euro and include tax and all fees excluding shipping cost.
Shipping
You may nominate of the forwarder or shipping line or we can find the best one for you.
Shipment to customers will only processed after payment is received and cleared in full.
All goods are sent insured for loss in transit, but we do pack our parcels very well and have yet to make any claims for any losses or transit damage.
Shipping Methods and Time
For large shipment (over than 20kg):
Ocean-Freight (Port-to-Port):
USA (3-4 weeks)
Europe (3-5 weeks)
Australia (2-3 weeks)
For small shipment (less than 20kg):
Postal Package (Door-to-Door):
Worldwide (10-15 days)
Express (Door-to-Door):
Worldwide (3-5 days)
The item will be shipped directly from our art gallery.
International customers are responsible for any Taxes or Duty charges assessed by customs in the destonation country.
Payment
Our payment methods are designed to be quick, easy, and safe. Our payment methods are as follow;
1. Pay via a Bank Wire Transfer (receive a 5% discount when you pay by a bank wire).
2. Pay Online via PayPal (all major credit cards and more are accepted.)
